WHAT IS THE SUMMER LIKE IN THE NWT?
There is nothing better than an NWT summer! Between May and September, Northerners enjoy sunny summer days, with almost 24 hours of daylight ("the midnight sun"). On average, temperatures across the north can range from 10°C to 25°C.
Popular activities include swimming, camping, summer camps for children, fishing, restaurants and patios, and community festivals.
